德国维尔茨堡的机械制造商高宝股份公司 (KBA) 在澳大利亚的珀斯为西澳报业集团安装了一套大型印刷设备。两个 Colora 和 Comet 高技术旋转生产线的 192 个印刷位置全部配套了无轴传动和控制方案 KBA Drivetronic。这家世界第三大印刷机制造商在这个领域多年来与力士乐进行了紧密的合作。
这两个旋转生产线由24个辊筒更换器、24个印刷塔和六个折叠装置组成。设在珀斯的机器配置的亮点是将两个KBA Comet的两个Heatset纸带混入平行定位的 Colora设备R1631-393-21精度滑块轴承轴承有低噪声请求的滚动导轨,局部单列向心球导轨和短圆柱滚子导轨有供电机导轨运用的低噪声品种。其中球导轨从内径φ2。5mm至φ60mm有若干个品种带Zl、Z2和Z3三种后缀,分手对应三种不同的低噪声请求,而滚子导轨中自N309型至N322型共八个型号也有按低噪声规范制作的品种。
STAR导轨完整能够实用于其余有低噪声请求的机器中,而且价钱适宜,如在类型和尺寸上能符合请求,尽量采取这两类型的低噪声导轨。
